Wont start and dcryptor limit has been reached for this car EVO-ALL and THAR-AUD1

Remote start not working with 3x lock. Car is 2014 Audi SQ5 TDI push to start auto, options C1, D6, D1.3, D1.10 all activated as per installation instructions. Key was dycrypted successfully and updated. No hood pin installed for testing. Spliced into can wires under steering column and connected to brake activation all as per instructions for EVO-ALL and THAR-AUD1 harness. 3x lock and nothing happens, no lights flashing on evo-all. Hardware Vr: 6 Firmware Dr: 60.02 SInce it wasn't working i reset the bypass and tried to dcrypt the key again and now i get dcryptor limit has been reached for this car.
